Interviewing Made Simple, in Just Six Questions

There are really only two questions that need to be answered in the hiring selection process:
  1. Is this the right person for the job?
  2. Is the job right for this person?
To answer these questions, we need to ask only four questions:
  1. Can this person do this job?
  2. Will this person like doing this job and do it well?
  3. Will this person like working with us?
  4. Will we like working with this person?
